At its core, the Easter Shows mobility solution was a consumer mobile app developed for iOS and Android. It acted as the trusted advisor and navigator for customers at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
The app is powered by Mobiddiction’s customer engagement platform, which allowed the Easter Show to publish and communicate with customers in realtime. The focus behind the app was to deliver utility, experience & brand value.
My involvement with this project consisted in reviewing the updated version of the app, verifying consistent User Experience in cross platform developments. This included a new login journey, updated interface, and the assessment of functionality of added functions such as geolocated beacons that trigger offers.
